The Gulf Coast Symphony Hosts Twin Pianists Christina and Michelle
Naughton for Poulenc's Concerto for Two Pianos
Christina and Michelle
Naughton began their piano studies at the age of four, and
they are students of Cliburn medalist Christopher
Taylor. They have each performed with the Madison Symphony,
the Ars Viva Orchestra and Park Ridge Symphony
of Chicago, on Chicago's WFMT radio station, on the
Music in the Loft concert series, on Chicago's Pianoforte
Classical Piano Series and were featured on a Comcast
Television special. The Naughton sisters also enjoy performing
two-piano music. In 2005, they performed with Cleveland’s Red
Orchestra. They were re-engaged to play with the Park
Ridge Orchestra in 2006, performing Mozart’s
Concerto in E flat for two pianos and Poulenc’s
Concerto for Two Pianos. In 2006, they
